Employment Equity Forum
This forum, comprising eight staff members elected by staff, is tasked with supporting and addressing our business and human resources strategy. Their initiative is to attract and retain a competent diverse workforce and to ensure compliance with the employment equity act. Members of the forum support the company in its quest to become a truly South African company and achieve its strategic business objectives.
We also implement a broad-based black economic empowerment (BBBEE) policy. We have aligned ourselves with the Financial Sector Charter and focus on setting targets for representation at board, senior and junior management levels, as well as skills development, ownership and procurement. |
